Project Management

As a Project Manager, I have worked on diverse projects in different industries, showcasing my skills in strategy development, vendor procurement, team management, and stakeholder communication.

CBRE, Inc. – I supported B2B new business development proposals, managing the creation of winning strategies, presentations, and liaising with national marketing and brokerage teams. I also ensured projects were delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.

Houston Health Department (City of Houston) – At the City of Houston, Houston Health Department, I led the $2.5 million, 3-year, grant-funded Project PrIDe marketing campaign, which aimed to prevent the spread of HIV in Houston. I oversaw the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to attain vendor services, coordinated the pre-bid conference, and worked with various City of Houston divisions, the Mayor’s Office, and outside vendors to deliver the campaign. Additionally, I created an interim marketing campaign that involved paid advertising with 35+ media outlets, graphic design projects, and collateral production of more than 30,000 pieces.

Midtown Management District – I managed the organizational website redesign initiative with a budget of $10,000. In this role, I led the website strategy, content development, and vendor management, ensuring the project’s success and maintaining all deadlines.

Houston Public Works (City of Houston) – I managed the development of a report requested by City of Houston Mayor, Annise Parker. The report detailed approximately 10 – 20 new, monthly community engagement activities, which required the oversight of eight individuals within various Public Works divisions, as well as continuous communication with the mayor’s office.
