I just designed a few new web icons for a new program that the City of Houston is introducing called the Small Contractor Rotation Program (SCRP).
The SCRP is a two-year initiative designed to provide capacity building and assistance to small, minority and/or women owned businesses and to help transition them from subcontractors into prime contractors.
