Accepted to Graduate School for International Studies!

One of my long time goals has been to attend graduate school for international studies. The problem was I always seemed to come up with reasons why it wasn’t a possibility.

Earlier this year, I stumbled upon an invite to attend an information session at the University of St. Thomas. That was it. I was all in. I immediately applied for the Master’s in Liberal Arts program with a dual concentration in International Studies and Human Services Management.

So what happened? I was accepted to the program and the rest is history. I began classes only a few weeks ago. This semester, I’m taking two classes: a Regional Study of North Africa and the Middle East; and a Seminar in International Development. Thus far, I am absolutely loving both the University of St. Thomas and my classes.

And so the journey of graduate school begins…
